Meditation Space

The Perfect Place

Have you ever sat down to meditate and knew that this was exactly where you belonged - that at this moment in time, there was nowhere else for you to be? It is bliss!

When I first began to meditate, I had a hard time settling my mind (as all beginners do). I was also fidgety and had a bit of discomfort sitting. I believed that someday this would all pay off and it did.

I often say that meditation was the greatest gift I have given myself. Add going vegan to this list. To sit with my mind and care for my body by not filling it with suffering are truly the two greatest things I have done for myself.

Sitting at peace, in peace. Feeling the inward breath, feeling the outward breath. Peace in the world begins with you. It always has.

May all beings know peace!

We live in systems that produce suffering. This path is about seeing clearly, acting with compassion, and reducing harm in everything we do. Liberation is not individual or separate — it is shared.
