Kia ora! I thought I would write a post about myself, but as I am not really one to talk about myself - and because the Saha is about us all - I don’t really have much to say. :)

I have been involved with the spiritual path since I was eight years old, including 17 years as a Christian (before becoming an atheist), decades as a meditator, and now as part of the Saha.

I am a dad and husband.

I have lived in four countries as a resident or citizen and have travelled to perhaps a dozen more.

I have five university qualifications, including a Bachelor of Arts (studying theology) and three Masters degrees.

I became vegan in 2018, after some years as a vegetarian. Since this awakening, I have been passionate about animal advocacy - especially at the intersection of spiritual practice.

These are just a few things. If you want to know more, just explore this site!

May all beings be free from suffering!

Saha Dukkha

We live in systems that produce suffering. This path is about seeing clearly, acting with compassion, and reducing harm in everything we do. Liberation is not individual or separate — it is shared.
